NECTARZ BD delivers to serviceable locations across Bangladesh.

Estimated delivery time:

• Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days
• Remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery time may increase during holidays, campaigns, bad weather, political disruption or courier delays.

Customers must provide an accurate address and active phone number. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery caused by an incorrect address, unreachable customer or unjustified parcel refusal.

Check the parcel condition before accepting it and record an unboxing video for any damage, missing item or incorrect-product claim.
